Parents should receive training by:
Attending a training session or tournament, completing the appropriate video courses at NSDA Learn (listed & linked below),
and completing a paradigm at Tabroom.com (also linked below).
IN PERSON TRAINING:
January 21st, Ridge High School (Virtual) - 7:00p, email [email protected]
NSDA LEARN VIDEO COURSES:
Judges should take Level 1 and Level 2 of the following courses:
Debate Judges:
Level 1: Intro to Multicultural Competence
Level 1: Intro to Judging Debate
Level 2: Judging Lincoln Douglas Debate
Level 2: Judging Public Forum Debate
Level 2: Judging World Schools Debate (aka Parliamentary Debate)
Level 2: Judging Congressional Debate
Speech Judges:
Level 1: Intro to Multicultural Competence
Level 1: Intro to Judging Speech
Level 2: Judging Dramatic, Humorous and Duo Interpretation
Level 2: Judging Original Oratory and Informative Speaking
Level 2: Judging Extemporaneous Speaking
